Regeneration

Regeneration (Regen) – An, Az, Re
You are able to heal much more quickly than
would a normal person, possibly even regrowing
lost limbs.
Base Power: You gain the following powers
and abilities for each BP spent on Regeneration:
BP Limb Regrowth
Cost Heal Rate (1 BP Enhancement)
1 1hp/hour 91-100 (1d10
90) days
2 1hp/10 minutes 11-20 (1d10+10) days
3 1hp/minute 5-8 (1d4+4) days
4 1hp/round 1 night of rest
5 2hp/round 2-5 hours
6 3hp/round 41-60 minutes
7 4hp/round 11-20 minutes
8 5hp/round 2-5 minutes
9 6hp/round 7-12 (1d6+6) rounds
Your ability to heal will continue if you are
reduced to 0 or fewer hit points, but does not
return you from the dead if reduced to -10 or
fewer hit points. (See, however, the
Invulnerability blood ability.)
Enhancements: For 1 BP you may regrow lost
body parts per the table above.
Reduction: You gain 1 BP if your regeneration
does not heal damage dealt by one of the
following types of attacks: Silver, cold iron, holy,
unholy or wooden weapons; fire or cold-based
attacks.
Example: A scion with 5 BP dedicated to the
base power for Regeneration will heal 2 hit points
per round. By dedicating one of those BP to the
ability to regenerate lost limbs, however, that
same major(5) ability would instead regenerate
1hp/round but would allow the character to
regrow lost limbs after 1 night of rest.
Special: Note that an act of bloodtheft
performed on a scion destroys his bloodline and
blood abilities, removing his bloodline and
regenerative powers.
Regeneration greatly increases the rate of
physical transformation that an awnshegh goes
through. As wounds heal and limbs grow back
they are notably altered from their normal form.
Note that this transformation is primarily
cosmetic. The awnsheghlien must still earn levels
in the Awnshegh prestige class in order to gain
the benefits and suffer the disadvantages of a
physical transformation.
