Blood Abilities

All blood abilities are bought with Blood Ability Buy Points and have a level that ranges from 1 up to 9 and most have enhancement options. Some blood abilities cap out at a maximum lower than 9, but scions may still buy these abilities up to level 9 by using enhancements. Regardless, a scion can not spend more points on a power than their blood strength max allows. PC scions may choose their blood abilities. Their choice is only limited by their bloodline derivation and their Bloodline Strength. This blood ability point system draws heavily from the “New Scions Document, Version 1.0” by Gary Foss.
